Victoria is a tech enthusiast attorney with a surgical attention to detail and a practical mindset, bringing a diverse background in banking and finance, corporate law, and technology law to her work. She is passionate about the intersection of law and technology and has led key negotiations related to financings, joint ventures, strategic alliances, startup development, and venture capital fundraising.
Before founding ALVK LAW, Victoria worked for Clifford Chance US LLP’s Asset Finance Group, becoming a member of the team that advises on aircraft acquisition and financing structures—including capital markets issuances, leasing, asset-based lending, and restructurings. Prior to that, she worked with Eisenberg & Baum’s Artificial Intelligence Fairness and Data Privacy Practice Group as a project manager for AI research and technology development projects.
In Argentina, her legal career developed in both private and public roles. She served as In-House Counsel at HSBC Bank, where she gained experience in corporate law, data privacy, and financial regulations. She also served in various public agencies, including as Chief of Legal Staff for the Attorney General of Buenos Aires State, where she provided direct counsel to the Attorney General on civil, commercial, and regulatory matters, while co-leading the organization’s digital strategy.
Victoria enjoys playing tennis, running, reading, and listening to the Rolling Stones.

His work has contributed to compliance with regulatory frameworks in diverse industries, cross-border corporate structuring and governance, intellectual property, tech and commercial transactions, and fundraising from both company and fund perspectives. Agustin is particularly passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on fintech, venture capital, and blockchain.
His practice spans tech-focused legal matters, including his role as Legal Counsel and COO at OpenBit, a tech startup in the asset tokenization and venture capital ecosystem. He also has a strong background in the judiciary, where he developed expertise in judicial procedure, litigation, government regulation, and policy analysis, gaining exposure to high-profile cases as the Speaker and Head of Office for an Argentine Federal Court of Appeals judge.
Agustin is married to Lola, and they are expecting their first child, Filipa. He is an avid football player, an amateur cook, and enjoys boxing, reading, and watching sports and series.

Valeria is a dynamic, forward-thinking attorney with a distinctive blend of expertise in corporate law, technology, and art & entertainment law.
With a strong foundation in cross-border transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions, she advised multinational clients on establishing, structuring, and acquiring corporate entities across Latin America during her time at Ernst & Young.
Driven by her passion for the future of tech, Valeria expanded her expertise in AI, Digital Assets, Web3, and Blockchain during her LL.M. at Cornell. Valeria also worked at the United Nations for the Permanent Representative of Costa Rica, where she contributed to research on cybersecurity, international security, disarmament, and the ethical implications of AI lethal weapons.
What sets Valeria apart is her dual identity as both a lawyer and an artist. This creativity inspired her to expand into art law, focusing on supporting fellow artists, creatives, galleries, and private collectors in navigating the complexities of the art and entertainment world.
Valeria enjoys nature, adventure, traveling, and running. She loves painting and cooking to jazz, as well as visiting museums, Broadway shows, and the ballet.

Ben is a sharp and dedicated lawyer with a background in corporate law, technology transactions, and energy infrastructure.
At ALVK Law, he serves as an Of Counsel, providing guidance to start-ups and scale-ups on a range of issues, including transactional matters, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance with a focus on data law and AI.
He pursued a Master of Laws at Cornell Tech to deepen his understanding of the link between law and technology. Following his studies, he worked with Kaveat, Inc., a legal tech startup, where he contributed to the development of AI-driven legal tools and advised on data privacy regulations.
Ben began his career at Chapman Tripp, New Zealand’s leading law firm, gaining experience in property law, major projects, and mergers and acquisitions.
Outside of work, he stays active and recently completed the Colorado Trail.

ALMEIDA

Dolores is a legal advisor with a strong passion for people and project management. She has developed her career across both the private and public sectors.
Leveraging her legal and management skills, Dolores serves as ALVK LAW’s project manager for select subscription-based clients, as well as for filings with the Secretaries and Departments of State, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the North American Securities Administrators Association (NASAA), and other agencies.
With experience in civil and administrative law, Dolores previously worked at an Argentinian law firm, where she led the debt recovery department and managed legal processes. As a Law Clerk at the Argentinian Federal Court, she specialized in amparo proceedings and gained valuable experience in administrative litigation. Eager to help the third sector, Dolores has also collaborated with several organizations, including Techo, where she has taken on leadership roles.
She is currently exploring new facets of her professional career as a consultant for startups, assisting emerging companies in structuring their operations, optimizing processes, and attracting top talent.
In her personal life, Dolores is an amateur runner and a nature enthusiast who enjoys cooking. Above all, she treasures spending time with family and friends
